Casey serves as Of Counsel to the firm while also acting as the firm’s General Counsel. He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney with more than two decades of experience litigating complex civil, commercial, and administrative matters throughout Arkansas state and federal courts. Casey’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation and appeals involving business disputes, insurance coverage, regulatory and administrative law, class actions, and constitutional issues.

Casey has briefed and argued dozens of cases before the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. His appellate work includes numerous reported decisions addressing issues of first impression, statutory interpretation, jurisdiction, civil procedure, and constitutional law.

In addition to his appellate practice, Casey is an accomplished trial lawyer. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts across Arkansas, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes, insurance cases, personal injury matters, and regulatory enforcement actions.
